SERVICE ANIMALS

In addition to the number of human visitors who visit us, we also welcome a number of service animals! While we are trained in ADA compliance, there may be times when the function of the animal is not apparent. If this happens, you’ll be asked the following questions
      1. Is this a service animal required by law due to a disability?
      2. What task or function is the service animal trained to perform? (Note: Please understand that this is not a question about your condition. Rather, it is about the specific task the animal performs)

Once the above questions are verified, we are happy to welcome you and your animal!

Please Note: According to the ADA, service animals are different than “emotional support animals”. The ADA does not require accommodations for “emotional support animals”.

TO OUR CUSTOMERS WITH ALLERGIES:

We openly handle several allergens throughout our store, including dairy, soy, tree nuts (e.g. almond, coconut, etc) eggs, wheat and others. While we take precautions to keep ingredients separate we cannot guarantee that any of our beverages or foods are allergen free as we use shared equipment to store,prepare and serve them.

Please be aware that flour and gluten products are present in our kitchen. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee that any menu item is completely free of gluten, and cross-contamination is possible.
