Our Story

Chesapeake Bagel is an authentic, made from scratch bagel bakery that has been in business for over forty years. We’re nestled in the heart of Commercial Blvd, Ft Lauderdale. Our customers are both local and also come from as far as New York drop in when visiting the area. Many say that the crispy crust and soft chewy inside of our bagels combined with the warm inviting atmosphere of the bustling bagel store hits the taste and nostalgia of a bagel store back home in New York.    

Classic favorites from everything bagels to cinnamon bagels, all are hand crafted using honored techniques and specially sourced ingredients resulting in a truly unforgettable taste. “Forty years of creation” in every bite is how our New York customers describe our bagels.
